Business Station and Community Station are
looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our growing programs
across small business, community organisations and local government
partnerships.
This is a hands-on, flexible role, ideal for
someone returning to the workforce, balancing family commitments, or looking
for meaningful part-time work with purpose. School hours are absolutely fine.

community organisations, not-for-profits, volunteer groups and clubs.

About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery
of clear, consistent and practical marketing across both brands. This role
works closely with senior leadership and program leads to help promote
workshops, programs, events and impact stories.
You won't be buried in theory. This is about
doing.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating marketing activity across
Business Station and Community Station
• Preparing content for newsletters, LinkedIn
and other digital channels
• Supporting campaign planning for programs,
workshops and events
• Updating websites and marketing collateral
• Managing simple content calendars and
timelines
• Liaising with internal team members and
external suppliers as needed
• Helping capture and present impact stories
and outcomes
What We're Looking For
• Experience in marketing, communications or a
similar role
• Strong written communication skills, clear,
professional and engaging
• Comfortable using digital tools (Canva, CRM,
Adobe Illustrator, Social platforms, websites, Wordpress)
• Well organised, reliable and able to manage
competing priorities
• Practical, calm and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working independently and as part
of a small team
Experience in the community, not-for-profit or
small business sector is helpful, but not essential.
