Description
* Manage and grow sales across Queensland and New South Wales within mining, agriculture, and toolmaking sectors.
* Provide technical support and engineering solutions to OEMs, fabricators, and manufacturers.
* Conduct customer visits (4-5 per week) to identify opportunities, troubleshoot designs, and deliver value-added solutions.
* Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to align customer needs with product design and performance.
* Take ownership of project lifecycles, from technical consultation to commercial delivery and ongoing account management.
Profile
* 6--12 years of experience in sales or technical sales engineering, ideally within precision tooling, carbide, or materials manufacturing.
* Strong mechanical or materials engineering background with the ability to interpret technical drawings and discuss design improvements.
* Proven track record of building long-term relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
* Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously within a fast-growing, global organization.
* Commercially astute problem solver with strong communication and presentation skills.
