Your Key AccountabilitiesWe're seeking individuals who have a passion for the hotel industry and/or experience in luxury service or similar high-level customer focused industries. Demonstrated capability of forging solid relationships, a service-oriented mindset, resilience and flexibility are key. Familiarity with Opera or other Hotel PMS is a bonus. Knowledge of the local area to provide guest recommendations is highly valued. If you hold an open or manual driver's license and an RSA, you're jumping straight to the top of the list!
This role is Full Time and will require flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days based on business requirements. Shift times are 10:45pm to 6:50am. As part of your initial onboarding you will work daytime shifts for approximately 2–3 weeks before transitioning across to nights.
