Office Support Role

We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced receptionist/administrator to join our support team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors and promoting our brand
* Coordination of onboarding processes for new starters
* Meeting room coordination, including catering
* Responding to client and staff queries and offering ongoing support
* Providing assistance with the completion of company documents
* Coordination of couriers (incoming and outgoing)
* Fleet Management
* Basic IT support
* Assisting with maintenance of online portals
* Coordination of office facilities and contractors
* Assisting with office support activities

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a reception or administration role
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
* A systematic and well-organised workstyle, including strong time and self-management skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to change
* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF editing software

About You:

You will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be someone that enjoys helping others and has a proactive approach to work. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not essential.
