In this key role, you will ensure the seamless operation and customer-focused delivery of food and beverages. Your expertise and leadership will be vital in working closely with the team on shift to deliver outstanding service, crafting memorable and personalised experiences for our valued guests.
What’s the job?
As Food and Beverage Supervisor, in collaboration with the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and administration services for the hotel restaurant, bar, and conferencing team and facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring colleagues meet or exceed revenue and profit targets, while focusing on ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver memorable guest experiences.
What We Need From You
* Training and a qualification in food and beverage management is desirable
* Previous experience of 1+ years in a similar role
* Flexible with nights, weekend, and public holiday shifts
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain
* Understanding of budget control, rostering, and payroll
* Great communication skills (written and verbal), passion for delivering results, and developing people and self
* You’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
* Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 23 kg
* Good grasp of reading, writing, and maths
* Commitment to maintaining high-quality guest service at all times
