We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to assist with the 3 year old kindergarten program at St Anne's Campus. This is a part-time position working approximately 15 hours over two days per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8am to 4pm.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of a high-quality educational program that reflects best pedagogical practice, the Centre's philosophy, and the School's ethos. Educators are part of a supportive team, with access to professional learning and growth within a caring school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with documentation, observations, and student portfolios.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
* Attend staff meetings, PD sessions, and school events.
* Support daily routines including cleaning, equipment setup, and safety checks.
* Build respectful relationships with children and families.
* Uphold school policies, professional standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma of Children's Services.
* Understanding of the VEYLDF and Early Years Learning Framework.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a team environment.
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
A working knowledge of early years learning frameworks and a passion for excellence is mandatory.
