As the Asset Management Team continues to grow and become a market leader across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking to appoint an experienced Asset Management Consultant to support the Asset Management Team in South Australia. The role reports to the General Manager, is part of the Business Units leadership team, and supports Verbrec's mission to develop and secure opportunities, grow the customer base and manage proposals across our technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Update and refine the business development strategy and achievable growth vision as part of the leadership team.
Work directly with customers day-to-day, driving project deliverables and identifying new projects.
Manage customer relationships to ensure needs and expectations are fully satisfied.
Take a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes.
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships within the Asset Management community.
Engage in and support business development opportunities.
Provide leadership, management, mentoring and development of the asset management team.
Ensure the Asset Management Team generates innovative, fit-for-purpose and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Technical review and mentoring.
Qualifications
Suitably qualified with 15 + years' experience, with a technical Asset Management background.
5+ years in operations in maintenance engineering, reliability or a related discipline.
Extensive understanding and experience in ISO *****, RCM, RCA and Planned Maintenance Optimisation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated customer relationship management and business development experience.
Experience and energy in sales and/or proposal development.
Experience and understanding of delivering effective client solutions and managing multiple projects.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to present to clients.
