We're hiring
10 outgoing, confident promoters
to represent
Duya Billiards (Chippendale)
during
Sydney university open weeks
. You'll approach students in high-foot-traffic areas, hand out flyers, and invite them to visit the club.
This role suits someone who's comfortable starting conversations with strangers, can handle rejection, and wants
high earning upside
through performance-based pay.
Key Responsibilities
* Distribute flyers
in designated areas around Sydney university open weeks (high foot traffic zones near campus precincts).
* Approach and engage students
in a friendly, respectful, non-pushy way (quick pitch + handoff).
* Drive redemptions
by clearly explaining the offer and how to use the flyer in-club.
* Represent the brand professionally
(appearance, tone, and conduct reflect our venue).
* Follow location rules
: distribute only where permitted; do not block walkways, hassle people, or enter restricted areas.
Requirements
* Confident speaking to strangers
(you will be initiating conversations all day).
* Energetic, approachable, and socially aware
(reads the room, knows when to disengage).
* Reliable and punctual
(shows up, works the agreed shift, follows instructions).
* Professional conduct
: respectful language, no aggressive selling, no harassment.
* Able to start from the 1st week of February

* Sales/promo experience is a plus, but not required.
Hours & Compensation
* Starting hours:
~5–10 hours/week
* Hours can increase
to 25–30 hours/week for strong performers
* Flexible schedule
(shifts aligned to open week peak times)
Pay Structure
* $10 AUD per customer

(verified redemption).
* Uncapped earnings
— your income scales with performance.
