Bright Eyes Optics is an independent optometry practice in Mona Vale seeking a reliable and personable Sales Assistant / Optical Dispenser to join our team.
The Role
A varied front-of-house position combining sales, dispensing support, and reception.
Key duties include:
* Reception and administrative support, including appointment bookings
* Confident handling of phone and in-person enquiries
* Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
* Processing sales and payments
* Maintaining a welcoming and organised practice environment
About You
* Customer service or retail experience (optical experience advantageous)
* Clear, confident communication and professional phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* A genuine interest in eyewear and a flair for fashion
* Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a small team
