This business is looking for an Inside Sales Representative
The Role
Reporting through to your Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering effective, timely and proactive support through to your internal and external stakeholders. Specifically you will:
* Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, delivering a high degree of service
* Deliver on your service level arrangements ensuring a positive customer experience
* Work with Suppliers to establish pricing, stock availability and lead times for equipment
* Build quotes capturing all relevant information, facilitating a smooth and accurate process from sourcing through to delivery stage
To be considered for interview, you will have:
* Previous sales support experience or a genuine interest in technology hardware looking to pursue a career in the technology industry
* Strong attention to detail and effective organisational skills
* Strong time management skills to deliver on customer needs within agreed timeframes
* A natural interest and curiosity in technology
* Problem solving abilities with a natural desire to deliver a high degree of service
* An understanding of products available from major IT brands will not go unnoticed
