We are now seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our boutique firm.

About The Role

This is a hands on, client facing position where you will manage files independently end to end, and collaborate closely with clients, agents, and referral partners. Core responsibilities include:

Managing Conveyancing Transactions from start to finish;

Reviewing and advising on Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements;

Preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements;

Attending to client queries with clarity and confidence;

Maintaining strong relationships with valued referral partners;

Working effectively with TriConvey and digital platforms including PEXA, Duties Online, Adobe and Outlook.

You will work within a supportive environment with streamlined systems and guidance where needed.

What We Are Looking For

You are a Senior Conveyancer with:

At least two years' experience managing residential files independently;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise calmly;

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset;

Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Infotrack, Landata, Adobe Forms, PEXA and TriConvey;
