**Your next opportunity**:
Boral Asphalt have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as a Project Engineer/Coordinator based in Toowoomba QLD 4350.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating asphalt projects whilst ensuring construction exceeds standards and legislation, minimising risk and ensuring that Boral meets performance expectations.
**Your day will involve**:
- Planning and scheduling of day-to-day activities to meet project milestones
- Liaising and working closely with contracting teams and site personnel to deliver performance outcomes
- Monitoring of supplier & subcontractor performance
- Provide engineering support to management as required
**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or sufficient hands on experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of project management methodology
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Project
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people
