Job Description
We are seeking an individual to assist in the preparation, delivery, and completion of shutdown project work as part of our Industrial Services team. This role reports directly to the Industrial Services Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tool store operations at various customer sites, including local, regional, and remote locations across different shift patterns.
* Book tooling and equipment through our system, ensuring accurate inventory management.
* Conduct asset inductions, pre-hire inspections, and maintenance activities for tool store products.
* Pick, pack, and prepare containers for shutdown work according to project specifications.
* Assist with unpacking tool stores upon project completion and updating product information in our system.
* Support the assembly and disassembly of tool stores at customer sites.
* Participate in regular stock take activities and maintain general housekeeping duties for the tool store and branch premises.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work effectively across multiple sites and locations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Familiarity with tool store equipment and operating requirements (desirable).
* Able to promote and drive a positive safety culture.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and systems usage.
