Procurement Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing and supplier coordination, ensuring timely delivery of materials.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, process management skills, and the ability to keep production running smoothly.

* Purchasing: coordinating with suppliers to confirm dates, resolve shortages, and meet delivery schedules
* Supplier Management: maintaining accurate data on MRP and supplier performance
* Collaboration: working with warehouse teams to resolve receipt discrepancies


Requirements:

We require a candidate with 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong administrative skills and supplier relationship management are essential.
