Bookkeeper and Admin Support Role
This role offers a mix of structured administrative work and optional hands-on involvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, warm, reliable, and great at supporting others.
* Manage BAS, payroll, PAYG, superannuation, and ATO obligations by ensuring timely submissions and maintaining accurate records.
* Effectively handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and reconciliations to maintain financial stability.
* Provide admin support to the team, including documentation, scheduling, and operations management.
* Assist with supplier coordination and job costing to ensure efficient project execution.
* Optionally provide event support – helping onsite as part of the Mask crew.
