The successful applicant will work across a portfolio of some of the world's most respected brands and will be responsible for managing retainer clients and respective account teams on campaign execution.
Demonstrated experience in client service, campaign management and leadership expected.In this role, no two days will ever be the same. One day, you will be pitching client news, the next, you will be collaborating on creating the concept and strategy for a brand event.This a management position responsible for leading the team, contributing to the entire portfolio of clients, nurturing the team's skills development, and contributing to the agency's overall success, culture and wellbeing.
The successful applicant will;
- Be able to pitch and lead client strategy, and to execute brand plans and 360 campaigns.Have proven experience in executing digital and social-led campaigns.
- Provide insights and strategic counsel to both external and internal stakeholders, managing expectations, educating on the market and trouble shooting.
- Be comfortable with budget management and negotiation.
- Proven ability in client management, considerable experience cultivating and establishing relationships.
- Have a combination of creative and strategic thinking, and the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side.
- Demonstrated ability to manage up and down and enjoy the collaborative process.
- Serve as an agency ambassador, aligned values of transparency, ensuring team our people's wellbeing, morale and engagement is constandtly prioritised.

**Requirements**:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business
- 3+ years of experience in agency or in-house in Communications, Digital, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications and/or Consulting.
- Prior experience with like-minded premium global and founder-led brands essential. Agency experience a bonus.
- Have excellent tech, written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Located in Sydney with working rights in Australia.
- Capability of using Google Suite, Slack, DropBox, Harvest, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
