Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Workshop Controller, you will:
* Assist in setting and obtaining labour time goals
* Exercise excellent time management skills to balance resource with conflicting prioritiesEnsure high-quality work that meets brand & company standards.
* Conduct road tests to guarantee safety and precision.
* Support and develop technicians, enhancing their skills.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Workshop Controller or Foreman experience in a fast paced environment
* Additional qualifications in the automotive / mechanical field
* Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
* Driven attitude and determination to achieve set KPI's
* Previous knowledge of TUNE or other DMS systems
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
* Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic
