We are looking for a resilient, hard working customer service operator who has strong skills on SAP. Working for a global medical equipment supply company located in Macquarie Park. This role includes: Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals Performing accurate data entry into SAP Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing Supporting order management and customer follow-ups Tracking orders and managing customer information What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded Experience using SAP is essential Why This Role?
