**About the Role**
Are you ready to take on an exciting enterprise role that drives an effective risk management framework? As the Manager of Risk Governance and Policies, you'll be at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our enterprise-wide policies, frameworks, processes, reporting, and other key deliverables. You'll also play a crucial role in drafting and collating various risk reports for the Executive Risk Committee and Group Risk Divisional Risk Committee.

In this role, you'll be responsible for uplifting, embedding, and maintaining the group's policy environment and operating model, including processes, documentation, systems, and reporting. You'll advise on policy governance and provide quality reviews over policies. Additionally, you'll assist with the review and uplift of Terms of Reference for various Risk Committees across the organisation, draft and review papers for the Executive Risk Committee, and conduct the annual review of any published documents regarding risk management and risk governance across the Group.

**About you**
We're on the lookout for someone with sound knowledge of banking operations and the operating environment, including regulation. Joining us with a qualification in Commerce, Business, Mathematics, Science, Information Systems or similar, you'll bring your expertise in risk management, compliance, and governance to life, here across the Group.

Recognising yourself as someone who possesses a high level of detail, you'll also bring a good understanding of Risk Management practices and related artifacts, and you'll be proficient in using the MS Office Suite, including document presentation with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your strong written, verbal, and analytical skills will enable you to prepare accurate, concise, and logically presented briefings for key stakeholders. Additionally, your excellent organisational and coordination skills will allow you to work towards specified deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
