MFI Automotive Group has partnered exclusively with Talent Right to recruit an Internal Marketing Coordinator to support its growing national business.
MFI Automotive designs and manufactures purpose-built vehicle solutions, including custom service bodies for utes, trucks, and specialised vehicles used across fleet, commercial, emergency services, and recreational markets. The business is known for practical engineering, quality builds, and strong customer relationships across Australia.
This is a hands-on marketing role within a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams to capture real projects and turn them into content that builds visibility, supports sales, and generates enquiries.
About the Role
The Internal Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing MFI's day-to-day marketing activity across content, social media, EDMs, photography, SEO blogs, events, and sales enablement.
You'll spend time in the factory and onsite capturing builds and installations, working with the team to turn projects into compelling stories and useful customer content.
You'll also work closely with MFI's external digital and web agency, ensuring campaigns, website updates, and content initiatives stay aligned with business priorities.
Depending on the candidate's capability, this role may be offered part-time (core coordination and execution) or full-time (expanded capability including video, CRM automation, and reporting).
The Ideal Candidate
You are a practical, organised marketing professional who enjoys turning real work into meaningful content. You are comfortable working with both office and workshop teams, gathering information, capturing projects, and keeping marketing activity consistent.
You have strong writing skills, understand how content supports sales, and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without needing constant direction.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety - from photographing vehicle builds to coordinating EDM campaigns, producing blogs, and supporting sales proposals.
You Will Have...
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing coordinator or content role
* Strong writing and editing skills
* Experience managing organic social media and content scheduling
* Experience creating and sending EDM campaigns
* Basic photography capability and confidence capturing onsite content
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content writing for search
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confidence working across teams including sales and production
Nice to have
* Video capture/editing (short-form social content)
* Graphic design capability (Canva or Adobe)
* Website/CMS editing experience
* CRM or marketing automation exposure (HubSpot or similar)
