The role
Senior Activations & Community Manager
What you'll do
- Lead the strategic development and delivery of cultural, educational and community activations aligned to asset and precinct objectives
- Develop and manage a curated annual activations calendar, informed by customer insights, leasing priorities and community feedback
- Build trusted relationships with local communities, cultural organisations, key customers, occupiers and precinct co‐owners
- Act as a key liaison between the asset and community stakeholders, proactively managing feedback and collaboration opportunities
- Partner with cultural consultants and creative agencies to bring heritage and community stories to life
- Work cross‐functionally with Marketing, Asset Management, Operations and Sustainability teams
- Lead and manage external agencies, creatives, production partners and suppliers
- Own activation and engagement budgets, forecasting, cost control and post‐event reconciliation
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess engagement, community impact and ROI
- Provide leadership to the internal team, fostering a high‐performing, collaborative and inclusive culture
What you'll bring
- 7+ years' experience in activations, events or experiential marketing
- Experience delivering community engagement and heritage‐related programs
- Property or mixed‐use precinct experience (desirable)
- Proven ability to manage agencies and complex stakeholder environments
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or event management
- Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
