About the Role
As a DSW in Gympie, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients with a range of disabilities.
Stoma care experience is essential for this role. You will help clients with daily living activities while supporting their independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
* Stoma care, catheter care, personal care and medication support
* Providing emotional support and promoting community access
* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and care teams
Requirements
* Proven experience with stoma care
* Experience in ADLs, manual handling, and medication support
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Police Check, First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Flexible to work across multiple locations and shifts
* Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
