Job Description
As Senior Finance Business Partner – Corporate & Capital, you will:
* Provide high‑level financial advice and operational support on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
* Lead project accounting functions, ensuring compliance with capital accounting requirements and financial governance standards.
* Prepare accurate and timely reports to inform evidence‑based decision‑making.
* Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews with divisional and project managers.
* Drive process improvements and change initiatives to enhance financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner – Corporate & Capital should have:
* A relevant degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (CPA/CIMA/ICA qualification highly desirable).
* Proven experience in capital project accounting and financial management within a large, complex organisation.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (SAP PM experience highly regarded).
