Your new role: In this senior specialist role, you will deliver high-quality transcultural mental health clinical services while coordinating and leading the Cultural Consultant workforce within QTMHC. You'll apply advanced clinical judgement, contribute to service development and support culturally responsive care across diverse communities. You will: * Deliver senior transcultural mental health assessment and intervention * Coordinate and provide supervision to Cultural and Bicultural Consultants * Act as a clinical reference point within QTMHC multidisciplinary teams * Lead service development, quality improvement and evaluation activities * Provide education, training and consultancy to clinicians and stakeholders About you: You are an experienced senior clinician with strong expertise in transcultural mental health and a passion for culturally safe, inclusive care. You lead confidently, communicate effectively and influence practice across complex systems.
