You’ll be central to delivering high-quality residential outcomes, producing designs that are compliant, buildable and focused on liveability and sustainability.
What you’ll do
- Prepare DA, CDC and CC documentation for residential developments
- Coordinate with consultants, sales, construction, estimating and procurement teams
- Ensure all work aligns with planning regulations, building codes and internal quality standards
- Apply innovative and practical design principles across a variety of housing types
- Contribute to internal design reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
Must-haves:
- At least 5 years’ experience in residential design
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Design
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign
- Sound knowledge of NSW planning legislation and building codes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a cooperative mindset
