Job Opportunity: Digital Risk Management ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will focus on opportunities where your expertise can make a substantial impact to assist clients in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.Your Key Responsibilities include engaging with leading financial services clients across various sectors, providing you with a broad spectrum of experiences. You'll assess and improve the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of clients' operational processes, controls, activities, policies, and systems using cutting-edge tools and artificial intelligence.You'll tap into our extensive global network to discover and implement solutions that address clients' most pressing challenges and assist them on their paths to transformation.Your role will involve researching and analysing clients' needs to identify and assess potential issues within the regulatory framework. You'll work with large datasets to uncover insights, drawing on your experience in risk analytics and reporting.Collaborate with the wider team on business development initiatives aimed at transforming risk functions. Plus, you'll have the chance to coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop specific skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in risk assessment framework, preferably within Financial Services, FinTech, or Consulting.
A proven track record of maintaining long-term client relationships and networks, as well as identifying business development opportunities.
Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, RegTech, capital management, enterprise risk, and risk data management is important.
Good knowledge of third-party lifecycle management, including due diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, and offboarding.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., CPS 230, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing PRA Supervisory Statement - Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
