Home Services Contract Manager Job Summary
This is a key role within our Home Services team, responsible for managing contractors to deliver high-quality services and outcomes.
The successful candidate will be experienced in audio-visual technology and have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and problem-solve escalations and disputes.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure they meet safety, quality, and service standards.
* Resolve surveys, escalations, and support tickets efficiently and effectively.
* Manage remedy works in accordance with operational and service standards.
* Develop and maintain engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with commercial teams to assist in closing leads.
* Conduct briefing sessions on safety, compliance, and service standards.
* Manage safety and compliance, including reporting and responding to incidents.
* Adhere to coaching and development strategies and work towards organisational goals.
Requirements
* Strong background in audio-visual technology, preferably in construction.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead a team environment.
* Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
* Technical and physical ability to complete installations and remedy works.
* Knowledge of relevant appliance and technology products, installation methods, and house construction types.
