Job Description: Experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team for new, challenging projects.
This role offers flexible engagement options (part-time or full-time) and the possibility of remote work within Denmark.

You will be leveraging your extensive expertise to drive successful implementations, global rollouts, and transformative HR projects for our diverse client base.

Key Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience demonstrating deep functional and technical expertise across the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors suite.
Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in the following modules:
Employee Central (EC)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Performance & Goals (PM/G)
Succession & Development (S&D)
SAP HCM Core Expertise: Solid background and practical experience with SAP On-Premise HCM functionalities.
Global Implementation Experience: Proven track record of working on global rollouts in more than 15 countries, demonstrating cultural awareness and an understanding of international compliance requirements.
Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and process optimization.
Remote work within Denmark.
Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time engagement) based on project needs and candidate preference.
