* Deliver top-notch customer service and relationship management skills.
* Exhibit technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing.
* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
* Handle invoicing and process payments accurately.
* Process part returns and correct allocation of part numbers on repair orders.
