Shifts: Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts

Location: Maleny Erowal Residential Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $33.50 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (Increases your take-home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare Maleny Erowal Aged Care Facility team, as a Personal Carer, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop, and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.

Your part in our BlueCare team

As a Personal Carer, you’ll provide care to your residents, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

1. Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times, and general mobility
2. Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
3. Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities


What makes a difference for us?

* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
* Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
