* Support young individuals with personal care, daily routines, and activities

* A relevant qualification or diploma in community services
* A current Australian driver's license, first aid certificate, and NDIS worker screening
* Working with children check, empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
* Availability across various shifts, including weekends and overnights
