The business is embarking on a critical transformation project involving the implementation of a new integrated HRIS and payroll system to support its growing and evolving workforce. This project has high visibility across the business and will be supported by a collaborative cross-functional working group.12 MONTH CONTRACTTHE ROLEThis is a pivotal fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS and payroll system. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to manage the planning, configuration, data migration, training and go-live phases of the projectYou will report jointly to the CFO and Director of Human Resources and collaborate with a core HRIS working group and implementation consultants.THE CRITERIAYou are an experienced HRIS/Payroll Project Manager who has led at least two full lifecycle implementations.
