As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Prime Location – We're located at 3 Nelson Avenue, East Perth, just minutes from Perth city! Perfect for a pre‐shift coffee or quick city errand. We're well‐connected, with bus access nearby, and offer free onsite parking—making commuting convenient no matter how you travel.
Centre Overview – We are a 70‐place centre with a warm, community feel. While this role is not attached to a specific room, you'll be working across the service and supporting different age groups—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility in their day!
Flexible Roster – Our centre operates on a rotational shift pattern, offering flexibility and balance. Programming time is scheduled into the rotation, ensuring educators have the time and space to plan thoughtfully and reflectively.

You'll need:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* A strong understanding of inclusive practices that support all children to be included within their educational journey that align with best practices and legal requirnments
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
