About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our warehouse team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, distribution and control of all rail-specific materials, tools and equipment.
The key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with stocktake/cycle counting and auditing compliance
• Managing documentation for purchase orders, certifications, and delivery dockets
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including labelling, boxing and tagging
• Receiving goods and inspecting them for accuracy and/or damage
• Filling outgoing orders, packaging and dispatching materials
• Operating machinery for heavy packages
• Delivering materials to maintenance depots or project sites using a company vehicle
• Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software
• Adhering to workplace health and safety policies and participating in safety initiatives
