About The Opportunity Our client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Estimating Administrator to join their small yet dynamic team in Malaga. This full-time role will see you working closely with the Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed quotes for residential and commercial stonework projects Scheduling and coordinating installations with staff and customers Invoicing, quoting, and reconciling payments using Xero Managing customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Ordering stone slabs and coordinating their delivery Calculating and submitting staff timesheets About You The successful candidate will have: Previous customer service experience, ideally in an administrative capacity Experience using Xero for invoicing and payment processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong time management and prioritisation skills A keen attention to detail in all tasks You will also have: Experience reading and interpreting building plans or project drawings What's in it for You?
