The Shire Bar & Grill, Dubbo Regional NSW is looking for a dynamic, energy driven, experienced Manager to assist in the running of a 200 Seat Modern Australian Cuisine restaurant. The job involves staff training, cashing out of cash registers, waitressing, bar knowledge and the smooth day to day running of the business. The job involves both split shifts and weekend work. Both experience in running and maintaining a large restaurant and RSA essential.
