About the Role
We're looking for a driven and energetic sales professional to join this growing team. This is a blended role - about 20% based in the office and 80% on the road - focused on building relationships across the education sector, while also supporting large-scale commercial projects. You'll be hands-on with a mix of inbound enquiries and proactive sales outreach, working across:
- Acoustic and soundproofing solutions
- Pinboards and whiteboards
- Furniture and classroom fitouts
What you will do
- Sell a diverse product range into schools, universities, and commercial spaces
- Build long-term client relationships and educate customers on solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to install
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and project timelines
- Be a positive, high-energy contributor to a fast-paced, fun environment

- Sales experience - ideally in education, interiors, or commercial fitouts
- A hunter mindset - proactive, persistent, and goal-driven
- A down-to-earth personality and strong people skills
