Quality Manager Job Description
Are you a skilled professional looking to take on a challenging role in quality management? We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the Quality Management Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality systems across the project
- Perform regular internal and external reporting and auditing on quality systems and processes
- Manage and secure all soft and hard copy documents for the project
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure process consistency across all levels
- Provide advice on formal responses pertaining to NCRs and other defective items
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (ideally within complex civil infrastructure)
- Excellent understanding of quality management system tools
- Experience with RIBCX is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in document management systems
- Well-developed communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Proven development, coaching, and mentoring of staff and sub-contractors
