Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Provide advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
* Support end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations where necessary.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
* Provide HR reporting and analytic's to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
