Key Responsibility
1. Lead or participate in new, expansion, and renovation projects for facility electrical systems, design review, construction coordination, acceptance, and development of technical improvement programs.
2. Responsible for plant power supply and distribution system, respond to unexpected power problems, respond quickly and develop solutions to ensure production continuity
3. Ensure that electrical operations comply with local electrical safety standards and codes, organize safety training and supervise implementation
4. Develops annual renovation, maintenance and repair plans for electrical equipment, and prepares codes of practice and operating instructions for electrical equipment
5. Analyze the energy consumption data of the electrical system and propose energy-saving improvement measures
Establish and maintain files and technical data of electrical equipment, record operation data, maintenance records and troubleshooting of electrical systems, and improve operation specifications and emergency plans
6. Do a good job of training management and assessment of personnel in the system, to maximize the mobilization of employees' work initiative and enthusiasm
7. Complete other work tasks assigned by the superior leaders
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and fault troubleshooting
* Valid Australian HV/LV Electrical Licence (mandatory)
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* High safety awareness with a strong compliance mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
* English required
