Job Description
- Transition out previous waste suppliers and implement new supplier, locally
- Implement procurement category management strategy in FM
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance.
- Stay informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FM Category Manager should have:
- Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, adept in onboarding new suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
