What You’ll Do As Lead Consultant Health Physicist, you’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive radiation protection services across high-impact projects. Working closely with technical and operational teams, you’ll lead site operations, develop safety systems, and ensure training and compliance meet the highest standards. Oversee field-based radiation protection services including survey, clearance, transport, and licensing. Manage project planning, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Implement safety systems (SWEMS), maintain workplace health standards, and lead radiation training programs. Influence project resourcing and commercial performance to align with strategic objectives. Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to drive operational success. What You’ll Bring A degree in science or a relevant discipline, with extensive field experience in radiation protection. Recognition as a Radiation Protection Advisor (RPA) or equivalent. Demonstrated experience leading complex operational projects within regulated environments. Strong understanding of WHS, source licensing, training compliance, and safety governance.
