 
        
        At Windsor High School, our comprehensive education model supports students from diverse backgrounds. With approximately 650 students and a student body that includes around 20% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and 8% from language backgrounds other than English, we strive for inclusivity.
We have a dedicated support unit for students with intellectual disabilities and focus on building strong systems in curriculum, student wellbeing, and teacher professional learning.
A positive learning environment is paramount to our culture, centred on improving outcomes for students. We maintain a strong partnership with the local Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (AECG) and continue to strengthen ties with the Aboriginal community.
The ideal candidate will have approval to teach Music, experience teaching Stage 4 and 5 programs, and evidence of involvement in the development of new Stage 4 and 5 programs.
They should demonstrate ability to understand and cater to diverse learning needs of High Potential Gifted Education (HPGE) students.
We require proven capacity to work collaboratively within a dynamic CAPA faculty and involve in co-curricular and extracurricular Music programs.
An unconditional full approval to teach is required. If not holding a full approval, applicants must commence the application process simultaneously.
