We have recently been chosen as the preferred provider for residential aged care sites in the region and are looking for skilled professionals to join us.
Your Opportunity:
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will support older people to stay active, independent, and connected to their communities.
You will work with clinicians and through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway to deliver reablement-focused programs that make a real difference in residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support mobility and functional programs
* Assist with restorative therapy
* Facilitate falls prevention and active ageing group sessions
* Assist with pressure care and pain management plans
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred support
Whether helping with one-on-one therapy programs or encouraging residents in group activities, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding.

Requirements:
* Qualified Allied Health Assistants (Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience)
* Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply
* Australian working rights
* Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within a dedicated region
