THE ROLE:
We're on the lookout for an
Account Assistant or Account Executive
(depending on experience) who's passionate about integrated media and creative campaigns. As part of our
Account Service team
, you'll play a key role in supporting across paid media (full funnel), content, creative, and PR & earned channels — helping to bring seamless, impactful campaigns to life for our clients and partners.
You'll be the go-to person for keeping the details sharp, projects on track, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. With your eye for organisation and collaboration, you'll help the team deliver work that's not only efficient but also exciting.
* Support the project management of paid media and integrated campaigns; helping track timelines and coordinating internal teams to deliver against them.
* Work closely with the Account Managers and Directors to deliver account management excellence.
* Assist in the day-to-day client communications across multiple accounts.
* Help to prepare campaign documents, reports, and presentations.
* Draft and refine creative briefs and collate client feedback for the creative team.
* Assist with PCR reporting and gathering actionable insights.
* Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep clients and teams aligned.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams (paid media, creative, content and PR & earned) to ensure seamless workflow.
* Build strong relationships with clients and partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Agency experience essential — 6–12 months across social, digital, creative or integrated agency.
* Exposure to media account management (briefing, timelines, client servicing basics).
* An understanding of multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, creative and earned is a bonus.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail.
