You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees receive high-quality training support and guidance aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver workplace training and support to individuals with disabilities.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
* Deliver behaviour-based interventions and support.
* Assist with employee onboarding, work trials, training programs, and project work.
* Contribute to Workplace Health & Safety practices.
Requirements:
* Experience working with people with disability.
* A person-centred approach to supporting individuals in a dynamic environment.
* A reliable professional with a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals.
* Strong relationship-building, constructive conflict management capability, and professional communication skills.
* Accountable, dependable, and solutions-focused.
* An understanding of Disability Service Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
