As part of this, we are looking for a
Packaging Quality & Materials Analyst
to join our team at Milton. This is a fixed term opportunity (around 13 months) reporting into the Packaging Quality Leader. You'll be part of a small but critical team, governing standards and processes to ensure quality production of all products and materials within the Packaging department.
Some of the things you'll be doing in the role:
* Support site performance achievement by driving a quality and safety culture through coaching and building capability in production team members
* Work in collaboration with different departments to understand production requirements
* Prepare and analyse critical quality reports for production and suppliers and identify risks to production materials
* Assist production teams by being a key part of New Product Development, packaging and specification changes and general troubleshooting of materials
* Manage and track supplier non-conformances, work closely with suppliers to resolve issues
* Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including materials trials

Whether you're new to brewing or already in the industry, we're keen to hear from people with the right mindset. Ideally we're looking for:
* A degree in biological sciences, chemistry, food technology or related discipline is essential
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Quality experience in manufacturing or food and beverage environments
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing skills
* Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
* Zero-loss mindset
