Transformation Leadership Role
We are seeking an accomplished Transformation Leader to join our team and drive operational excellence across Australia's mining operations.
* About the Role:
* The successful candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives on time, within scope.
* This role requires a commercially astute and proactive leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys adaptive problem-solving, and has experience navigating large-scale organisational change and transformation.
* Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage transformation project execution from initiation to completion, optimising resource allocation, governance, and risk management while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
* Drive business transformation, supporting operating model redesign, process improvement, and international expansion.
* Partner nationally and globally with senior leaders to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps, and deliver executive-level presentations, forecasts, and reports.
* Coordinate reporting across business, performance tracking, and data-driven reviews across functions to identify and bridge gaps, and course-correction opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience delivering complex, high-impact projects in large organisations or complex environments.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (up to 12 people).
* Strong stakeholder engagement, operational capability, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
* A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Process) or Project Management.
* Experience working across mining, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.
