We’re BG Electrical & Air Con, a family owned electrical and air conditioning company based in Seventeen Mile Rocks. We’re now looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. Your day will include general admin tasks such as: - Answering calls and emails, booking jobs, and managing the calendar - Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and follow-ups - Ordering and tracking parts for installs and repairs - Taking Payments - Keeping job files, spreadsheets, and systems up to date - Supporting tradesmen and managers to keep work flowing smoothly - Complete admin tasks What we’re looking for: - Previous experience in a trades-based business (preferred) - Knowledge of air conditioning or electrical industry (highly desirable) - Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Great communication: friendly, professional, and clear - Confidence using Apple computers (training can be provided) - MYOB experience (preferable but not mandatory) - A proactive, can do attitude Why join us: - Monday - Friday role (no weekends!) - Stable, long term position in a growing business - Opportunity to grow - Be part of a company that values honesty, integrity, and teamwork - Pay rate dependant on experience If you’ve worked in a trades office before and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
