Organizational Change Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change initiatives across diverse technology transformation and remediation projects. This role involves leading organizational change management strategies that enable successful adoption and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years' relevant experience in Organizational Change Management within government and enterprise environments. They will also have strong background in communications, facilitation, coaching, and training delivery. Certifications such as Prosci, CMAP, MMC, ITILv4, Agile, or Prince2 are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to project and client needs.
2. Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
3. Design and deliver communications plans, training programs, and engagement activities.
4. Collaborate with client OCM teams and Unisys project teams to ensure alignment and integration.
5. Provide leadership and mentoring to account teams and junior change practitioners.
6. Contribute to sales and bid activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Requirements
* Baseline security clearance is required for this role or ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.
* Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within government and enterprise environments.
* Strong background in communications, facilitation, coaching, and training delivery.
* Certifications such as Prosci, CMAP, MMC, ITILv4, Agile, or Prince2 are highly desirable.
